"What a fantastic hotel and collection of staff! The reception staff promptly responded to all of my email enquiries - I booked ski passes, transfers and ski hire through them which made our stay so smooth and hassle free.

"Be careful booking this location the room and resort were great but our building was under separate ownership which meant it was fully self catered the there were no towels no sheets for the beds only the duvet and pillows which were stained and not pleasant to sleep on. We found a cockroach in one of the kitchen appliances and there was no way of getting service from reception as they had nothing to do with the building/room. Be careful staying here "

"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. "A lâarrivĂ©, pas de code dâentrĂ©e ni la clĂ©. On a du appelĂ© plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentĂ©e dans lâappart, surprise, le lieu nâĂ©tait pas nettoyĂ©. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussiĂšre gris au sol, sous le lit.
Jâai immĂ©diatement contactĂ©, encore 1 fois, quâil mâa dit que le lieu Ă©tait nettoyé⊠Il ma dit quâil nous envoie la femme de mĂ©nage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu!
Le lieu se trouve au centre de village mais le service est assez...
