不满意：清洁度、服务设施、住宿条件和设施
The reviews on Expedia must be fake or exaggerated. This apartment was so dirty and filthy we just left. The pictures online are misleading. The linen was dirty, bathrooms filthy, floors dirty, mold was everywhere including the refrigerator, hairs everywhere, dusty, and to get to the apartment you must go to these treacherous stairs. The showers looked like it was never cleaned because soap scum was all over the walls. Looks like someone lives in the apartment and leaves temporarily when it’s booked. We couldn’t believe the condition of this place and they charge a lot to stay in this filthy apartment. They also won’t refund our money as we told the property manger that something in the apartment was causing my wife to have an allergic reaction, and the place was just a mess. Probably the mildew and mold. He didn’t care or even try to help. This is the second time getting screwed by a VRBO apartment. I can’t believe this property can even be rented in the condition that it’s in. This place is not good at all. We did not stay in this apartment and tried to resolve the issues with the property manager. I told the property manager our concerns and left for lack of cleanliness and safety reasons. This should not be allowed to happen to someone who uses Expedia a lot to book vacations. See some of the pictures in the attachment. I have many more but can only send five through email. On top of all of this, the A/C didn’t work well. Disgusting place. Don’t stay here!
