「距離la spezia 火車站大約8-10mins路程這應算是民宿, 在一住宅大廈的三樓不難找到由一位老太太經營, 很好的接待和聯絡有非常古式的電梯民宿內共有五間房間住的非常寬敞也很乾淨有露台, 能晒衫 (有晒衫繩和衣夾) (火車站附近有自助洗衣店) 住宿附近日間會安靜一點但到傍晚就有許多餐廳開始營業餐飲有很多選擇比在五漁村晚膳方便和便宜許多大多數旅客去都會在la spezia站附近進膳附近也有許多商店可以閒逛但不會營業到太晚週圍環境很寧靜舒適」

「La stanza era di dimensioni adeguate e ristrutturata da poco. Buoni i letti e lo spazio complessivo, così come l’accesso del tutto autonomo (con codici). Il condominio nel quale è ubicata la struttura è in una zona popolare con forte presenza straniera. Non il massimo. Perfetto per organizzare visita alle 5 terre perché a 200 m dalla stazione ferroviaria. Host disponibile e chiaro. 」

「Sehr sauber, ruhig und liebe Gastgeber. Der Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés und Eisdielen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig erregbar, super Ausgangspunkt, um Cinque Terre zu erreichen. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen. 」

「Flott beliggenhet og nyoppusset rom kort vei til det meste, meget hyggelig personale. Ble møtt ved ankomst fra båt /ferje og fulgt helt frem til rommet. Kommer gjerne tilbake 」

「Stupendo il servizio al cliente e poi la disponibilità h24 per il deposito bagagli ed meravigliosa e sicura. Posizione vicinissima alla Fs e dai diversi posti di restaurazione. 」

「It’s great location if you want to visit Cinque Terre. The ferry terminal is walkable distance and the train station is not far away. You can park your car in the train station for free. The host is very friendly and helpful, he provided us good suggestions. We had great time there and Cinque Terre.」
