"Property and staff were all 11/10 unfortunately the apartments face a rail depot, which is ok in the daytime but trains run all night and when the drivers turn up at 05.30 and move all the trains out, you are awake! "The pictures for this property are very misleading. The place is very outdated and there’s a horrible smell that comes from the shower. On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. Then trying to find the location was very confusing as there were several gates and doors each with their own access codes. Very difficult to navigate when you arrive after sunset. "I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel l’Elysée Val d’Europe! The location is fantastic—so convenient, just a short walk from the shopping center with plenty of dining options. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the shuttle service to Disney, which made spending a day at Disney Village stress-free and fun. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area! "

"This property is a perfect base for people who want to visit Disneyland Paris. They offer a free shuttle bus service, which tends to run every 15/30 mins. This drops you directly in the Train station/Bus stop parking area outside Disneyland. The hotel is situated about 10 mins shuttle ride away from Disneyland and is perfect for families with Children. There is an indoor climbing area/arcades, indoor swimming pool equipped with slides and a big outdoor Play area with slides. Make sure your stay comes with access to the Aqua park as this is a good optional extra to have, when you don’t want to go Disneyland. We did one day in the Hotel and a walk around the surrounding Area and we had plenty to keep us entertained. Even if your not going to Disney, still get the shuttle into Disney as you can walk around the village for free, have photos in-front of the Disneyland hotel/water fountains and there are plenty of restaurants/bars to get something to eat. There are also plenty of options to eat within the hotel. The Breakfast they offer is continental but you can pay extra to have a cooked breakfast, it just depends what you prefer. They had plenty on offer from Jam on toast to ham, cheeses, yogurt and pastries. We would definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for a fab stay "

"This is a really cool hotel. Great vibes. Big comfy beds. Kitchen would be very convenient for longer stays. The amount of emails for their check in process is a bit much. And stay clear of the chicken burger on their menu. But would definitely stay again! "
