What an amazing stay! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay in. Fully equipped kitchen which was perfect because it allowed us to cook a home meal. That is exactly what it felt like, a home away from home. Very clean and easy to get to. From check in to check out it was a breeze! The neighbors were very friendly as well since the day we checked out our car was covered in snow, they helped us clean it up! We would love to come back again in another time! It was one of the best stays we had. We thank you for alllowing us to stay in your beautiful condo!

Normally would keep my negative comments to myself or simply share privately with the property owner so that they can fix they issues without bad mouthing them publicly since that is my style. However, I feel it's important that other potential travelers be forewarned about the property and host treatment of guests. When we first arrived I took my 2 year old son into the bathroom to change him and immediately noticed a hairball on the bathroom rug in front of the sink and a towel on the floor between the tub and the toilet. Yuck! It only got worse from there. Second bedroom is a loft space open to the rest of the main space with no privacy or safety to use as a true second bedroom and this was not clear from listing. Throughout our stay we dealt with thin walls and noisy neighbors keeping us up at night, dishes found dirty, cobwebs in the loft windows/curtains, a live cricket in the dishwasher and stuff growing in the brita in the fridge, amongst other grievances, all of which I was going to consider letting go, until we were messaged incessantly after check out when the host's crew apparently could not find the remote. The host was extremely rude and accusatory even though I assured her that it was left on the couch and that we hadn't done anything with it. I let her know about the cleanliness issues and she replied that her cleaning service is the best. She filled a theft claim for the remote for 110 which is absurd. Feels like a scam. Recommend others steer clear!

Place was nice, good communication with host. Only issue, one of the guests accidentally unplugged wifi to plug in a fan, resulting in 6am phone calls from host. Odd and inconvenient just to see a door camera.

Weekend ski trip

We stayed 2 nights with 5 people total and the unit was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, beds were comfortable, and everything was nice and clean!

Birthday mini-getaway

Great views, clean property, and best of all fur-baby friendly! Great location next to Minerals Resort (can walk there) and 15 mins from Warwick, NY. Perfect all around for our 3 night mini getaway! We would 100% return for a longer stay in the future.

Very clean with a comfortable bed, which are the 2 most important aspects for me, and a cute little coffee bar setup. The unit was a bit tricky to find when I arrived late at night as the development has dark twisty roads, and I didn't know it was on the second floor when I booked, so I had to lug my heavy luggage up a dozen steep steps. (That detail should really be added to the listing.) Another note is that the spiral staircase to the upstairs sleeping area is reeeeally narrow, making it impossible to bring a suitcase up. This accommodation was good for me but would be a tight squeeze for more than just a couple. Lucia was easy to get in touch with.

Wonderful Place, Great Location, Thoughtful Amenities!

Spent 2 nights here while attending a wedding in the area. It’s on the same property as the Minerals Hotel, which was huge for us because we needed the shuttle to the wedding at Grand Cascades. Property is pet friendly, and we traveled with our dog, so that was one of our biggest selling points. The owner was lovely to work with, and the house was clean, modern and comfortable. There were some lovely little extras like individually wrapped muffins as part of the fully stocked coffee bar, and shower caps and body scrubbers in the bathroom. Overall, I’m really glad I made this choice!
