“Room was not clean nor ready when i got there. I also did not get a waterfront view. The property is huge with little directions on how to get anywhere. I also didnt feel welcomed. I would suggest peoplw”

“Everything was great besides are washer was broken. We packed lightly with the knowledge and washer and dryer was an included amenity. When we reported it, they said they would send maintenance up to look at it. I then received and email, it would be Monday when they could get a technician there, which was after our check out. That was my biggest issue. They were kind when I reported then will not respond to follow-emails. The resort as a whole is nice but was disappointed that they didn’t care……

“ My major complaint is absolutely no hot water in shower. Seems the owner has it shut off. I took cold showers for 3 days. However there was hot water in kitchen. Other major complaint is living room furniture very old and uncomfortable. There was a huge hole in center of larger couch with cushions over hole. Furniture should be replaced. All beds should be replaced. You feel nothing but spring. Lake was beautiful, home was clean. It was peaceful but uncomfortable. If owner would update the……

“We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Redfish condo! It was very clean and organized! We loved being just two blocks from the beach and having the pool and playground right outside our door. This was a perfect spot for our young family. It was quiet and felt less crowded than other places we’ve stayed. We will be back for sure! ”
