不满意：住宿条件和设施，清洁度
AVOID THIS NASTY HOTEL! My family and I wasn’t in the room for an hour when we realized it wasn’t going to work. First when we walked in there was an unpleasant smell. There was a bug on the floor by the bathroom. There were fruit flies flying around the room. There was a cigarette hole in the blanket. We tried to lay down and my family immediately became itchy. Also traveling with 2 kids who use WiFi and the WiFi wasn’t working. We went to the front and spoke to a worker named Nicholas. He mentioned they are pet friendly so we may have had a room that a pet was recently in. Either way very unacceptable. We were there for a Christmas vacation and wanted to be comfortable and that wasn’t going to happen in this hotel. Nicholas called the manager who said to reach out to Expedia to get a refund. Expedia spoke to the manger and the manager denied us a refund. This hotel is desperate for money clearly and it looks nothing like the pictures!! AVOID THIS NASTY HOTEL!
