“The apartment was comfy and perfectly described. The neighbors were kind and offered suggestions around the city. The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! ”

“This is a great setup for anyone visiting the area. Very neat, clean, space, and everything is well-maintained. Great bed/linens, and everything is well-explained. MInutes from town and in a very quiet area. We definitely hope to come back.”

“Great location for where we needed to be. 5 minute walk to the rink.
3 floor walk up may be a challenge.
Food and excellent restaurants close by. Knead to eat , best breakfast place! Tailor and Bakercwas a great choice for dinner. Nina’s pizza was out of this world great!!
We used on street parking the entire weekend.
