  • The Erika's Home is located in the heart of the city in the historic centre of Verona, a short walk from the Arena and the pedestrian area.
    The apartment is located inside an ancient and aristocratic residence characterize by a spacious entrance at the ground floor into the confortable living room that including a murphy bed, kitchen, dressing room and a bathroom.
    A spiral staircase leads to the first floor to the queen bedroom which includes dressing room, bathroom and a small balcony.
    The style of Erika's Home is tidy and sober suitable for refined couples and families of four people; children and pets are welcome!
    Close to the Erika's Home you will find convenient food shop, bars and tipical restaurants.

Erika was an excellent host! Super friendly, accommodating and communicative. As a solo female traveler safety is a big thing and I felt completely fine and comfortable in her apartment. The apartment felt like I was at home. Very cosy. It was immaculate! So so clean and had everything I needed inside for my two night stay. The location was superb too as I wanted to be right in the centre. Highly recommend and would stay again when I come back, thank you! :)

Een fantastische plek in Verona, slechts 5 minuten van de Arena, in een oase van rust. Keuken, badkamers en woonkamer zijn prima voorzien EN geweldig goed onderhouden. Het voelt als "thuis" komen !!! Ik was hier reeds voor de tweede keer, maar als ik volgende zomer weer zou terugkeren, dan probeer ik zeker opnieuw op deze plek te logeren. DANK JE WEL ERIKA 💐😘👌

The location of this property is everything. It’s a large space with 2 full bathrooms. There is no air conditioning downstairs in this heatwave and the fan isn’t sufficient. The bedroom air conditioning up stairs is great but if you have large suitcases or elderly I would not recommend upstairs. Pull out couch needs upgrade. Host, clean, space, location all 10/10.

Een superhost met een fantastische accommodatie van waaruit je Verona perfect te voet kan verkennen. Ook een pluspunt is dat de Arena vlakbij is !! In het huisje is alles aanwezig, net als thuis en zo voelt het ook. De airco werkt enkel op de verdieping in de slaapkamer, beneden staat een ventilator. Het enige wat ik miste, zijn extra stopcontacten om de telefoon/tablet en lamp op te laden. Maar ik ga zeker terug !!! Dank je wel Erika !!! 👍👏

Cute apartment, in a lovely location. Great communication from Erika, the Owner. Although the apartment is a little dated, there was everything you could possibly need, and the cleaning was exceptional. The only negative was the photo of the balcony, there is a balcony, but no table and chairs, perhaps this was because the weather, hadn’t been good. All in all, a lovely stay, thankyou Erika.

We had a perfect stay at Erika’s Aristocratic Residence. Very clean and tidy. Very well equipped. Very quiet and close to all the main sights in Verona.

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything worked and our stay was without any problems or issues. Our host replied promptly throughout the booking process to answer any queries and provided clear and comprehensive directions.The property was extremely well located and just a couple of minutes away from the Roman Arena which really made our stay there so memorable.We would certainly stay here again on another visit to Verona which is a lovely city.

A Quiet and Cool Oasis in Verona

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aristocratic Residence. We were in Italy during a heat wave and the AC kept the whole unit, upstairs and downstairs, very cool which was such a relief. The bed was comfortable, having two bathrooms was great, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and having a washing machine was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

The good features of the apartment are that it is in a great location, is very clean and the interior looks freshly renovated. The negative features are:1) The mattress is very uncomfortable. To be able to sleep on it we had to take the spare comforter, fold it in half and put it on top of the mattress. Still not great but an improvement.2) As other reviewers have noted, the layout is a problem. The bedroom is on the second floor and only accessible by a steep and narrow circular staircase. Even a reasonably fit older person might have trouble with this. We didn't even try to bring our luggage up there.

Appartement très bien placé mais calme en plein centre ville. Propre et confortable. On se réveille avec le chant des oiseaux et plus tard la musique du conservatoire avoisinant. Un séjour très agréable.

Did really like the spiral staircase and I don’t recall it in the advertisement but possibly it was there. I thought the balcony was looking onto street but it was looking onto parking area so a bit disappointed there. The place was clean and well equipped

Lovely rental in the heart of Verona.

This charming property is clean, well maintained, and close to everything. The host is wonderful, prompt response time, and very helpful with any questions or concerns.
