其實一切都挺不錯的，但鑰匙是去另外一個地方拿的，房客入住前要注意一下這個資訊！ Everything was not bad, but the costume have to check in at another place. So check this information before you go.

2大3小除了衛浴僅一套在客廳需共用小麻煩之外，其他都不錯。樓下髮廊老闆人很好，還幫我們打電話給民宿小姐開門。樓下就有超市

義大利婆婆很鎮店之寶
入住時義大利婆婆雖然不會英文，確認我們來自哪裏，翻閱中文住宿規定給我們看，開始介紹房間一連串的義大利文，雖然有聽沒有懂，但透過肢體語言也可以了解，房間舒適，連住二天，每天清潔都很乾淨，婆婆很可愛。

地點距離arena很近，去各個景點都方便，樓下不遠就有超市，飲料零食很好買。婆婆人很好，雖然語言有點不通，但她會用她的方式讓我了解。 環境都維持的很乾淨，五個晚上在那裡很舒服。

Struttura presente all'interno di un edificio nei pressi del centro di Verona, appartamento adattato a "locanda turistica", con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni che, purtroppo, sono all'esterno della camera stessa, non all'interno, unico neo a dire il vero. Per il resto camera ben tenuta, pulita, silenziosa e soluzione ideale per famiglie che vogliono visitare Verona.

Non siamo responsabili degli errori commessi dal cleinte nella scelta della tipologia camera. Cara signora Lei ha riservato una camera con bagno privato esterno e non una camera con bagno interno come pretendeva di avere al suo arrivo. La prossima volta stia più attenta

Was a very comfortable room and bed. I was lucky to have my own washroom and not have to share like other guests. Wanted to check in early to drop off my bag and was told I could. But once I got to the property there was nobody to meet me or no direction or information on how to contact anybody once I arrived there but all in all was a great stay and slept very well the night I stayed there

Great location and clean room. No complaints about the property. Only issue was the management. Nobody was there to check us out in the morning. Needed up having to call and dude that answered the phone clearly was just waking up. Other than that our room was exactly as listed and so was the bathroom although not connected to the room. If you are trying to do Verona on a budget definitely worth a look but also the service isn’t great so keep that in mind.

Chambres très spacieuses et agréables, tout est extrêmement propre. Roberto a le souci du détail, c'est impeccable. Pas de petit déjeuner mais on peut se servir dans la cuisine ( café/thé, fruits secs ... ) Ambiance douillette et "comme à la maison". Proche de tout , supermarché, boulangerie.. et de bons conseils pour les restos. Je recommande !

Una notte (per fortuna) senza problemi
Camera in appartamento pulito e ben situato a pochi passi da Piazza Bra. Proprietario gentile e disponibile prima del soggiorno ma davvero poco reperibile il giorno della partenza: alle 09:40 dopo diverse chiamate per pagare la tassa da soggiorno e abbandonare la struttura, ha risposto dopo diversi solleciti in palese fase di dormiveglia, dicendoci di andare via senza problemi non lasciandoci nemmeno la ricevuta del soggiorno. Camera carina e pulita ma senza televisione.

Cuando llegamos la habitación no estaba arreglada, solo le cambiaron las sábanas a las camas y botaron el cesto de basura, todo eso frente a nosotros.

The location is the key factor in this property. It's really central. The rooms are basically in an apartment building. You need the key to enter the building and then one to get into the main apt, and then one for your room (and your bathroom). The room itself is fine, however you do share the climate control with the rest of the apartment and the other rooms. Also, it's very easy to hear your neighbors. The big issue is the key pick up and the luggage storage. You gotta arrange a time to pick up the keys, and hope there is someone who is around to give it to you. Total problem if your phone doesn't work. Also there is no real luggage storage and getting back into the apt to pick up luggage is a problem. I kept texting the manager about luggage storage, and he just didn't bother responding.

Very confusing situation. They would not respond to any of my communications, not even to confirm that they saw them. They had given us a checkout time in a digital communication, but then disagreed with it in person, which is very strange. Refused to believe written evidence. We had a bathroom to share with I don't know many other interconnected rooms. Also locatated in a dirty noisy part of town. Will not recommend.

Ho trovato la stanza in ottime condizioni, pari a quella vista nel momento della prenotazione ( la cosa non è per niente scontata ). I proprietari molto cortesi hanno soddisfatto qualunque mia necessità aggiuntiva, consigliandomi bene anche dove cenare. Molto soddisfatto del soggiorno a Verona.

Location, location, location!
Very nice room with huge bathroom and a terrace. No view but still nice. Location is fantastic! Staff very friendly! Public kitchen area with coffee, water, Grappa, etc. The strange stuff: Entry door from street not well marked. There are no room numbers. Found out the hard way that all rooms have the same key so no security from other guests. (Pro tip, leave the key in door turned part way while in the room. This prevents anyone from being able to use key from other side.) No TV. Nothing but sheer curtains on large bathroom window. Even with these issues I would consider staying here again.1
