不滿：設施服務和住宿狀況
Bed is extremely hard, so as the pillows, no air circulation in the room, gets very warm even in Nov, air conditioning only allowed to be used during summer. Room is very tiny. You can till the building is old, in the shower corner, there is mold…1 set of towel is provided, the other set is hidden in the closet. The breakfast is 12 euro and it is the worst I had in Europe, at 9:00 (1hr 30 mins before the breakfast finishes) food are out, no refill is coming in about half hour, even water is out… Lobby is very noisy during night, they hold events who are not guest of the hotel… Do not stay here

Innanzitutto, la mia scelta è stata condizionata dalla possibilità di effettuare il check-in anche in tarda serata-notte, è un servizio non scontato, che l'hotel offre. Tra l'altro l'addetta alla reception mi ha accolta con estrema gentilezza e cortesia. Ho già soggiornato in questa struttura, ma quando l'hotel apparteneva ad un'altra catena. Le camere sono decisamente più confortevoli rispetto ad allora, a disposizione anche una macchina del caffè da utilizzare gratuitamente e bottiglietta d'acqua. Trovo migliorato anche l'arredamento, e anche la pulizia. Se mi capiterà di dover pernottare in zona Verona Sud, tornerò sicuramente qui.

직원 성의 많고 무척 친절. 조식ㆍ침대 상태도 괜찮음. 근데,호텔 위치가 공장지대여서 휘발유냄새 납니다ᆢ ㅜㅜ (그래서 호텔비가 저렴하겠죠ᆢ??) 그리고, 욕조 사용시 칸막이상태 부족해서 물이 밖으로 많이 흘러서 엄청 신경 쓰였음. (방 교체 요청하려다 걍 말았지만ᆢㅜㅜ)

Bien mais sans petit dej !
Chambre de taille convenable avec une bonne literie. Wc et bidet dans la salle de bain ce qui est pratique mais courant en italie ;-) Hôtel bien décoré de style moderne. Seul GROS BEMOL, le petit dejeuner pas top du tout avec des produits pas forcément frais et bas de gamme!! Le jus d'orange etait limite de l'eau, le yaourt on aurait dit qu'il était périmé avec un mauvais goût et des bulles type eau gazeuse dedans beurk, croissant et gâteau sec... bref a éviter !! Sinon personnelle correcte.

Hotel un po’ fuori dal centro ma ben servito con i mezzi. Stanza pulita ma poco isolata infatti si sentivano molti rumori e voci. Bagno ristrutturato recentemente ma slll per metà, infatti la vasca è vecchia, è stato aggiunto solo un vetro (apprezzato) per poterla sfruttare come doccia.
