Utmerket hotell i rolige omgivelser

Dette var det klart beste hotellet av fire forskjellige hoteller i Nord-Italia. Det var romslige og gode rom, og bra bad. Frokosten var den beste jeg har opplevd på noe hotell i Italia. Hotellet ligger i rolige omgivelser, litt utenfor den gamle bykjernen, men i OK gangavstand til severdighetene og restaurantene i sentrum.

Pas trop loin du centre historique environ 1/2H à pieds. chambre correcte dans un hôtel bizarrement agencé, sur trois bâtiments...petit déjeuné décevant malgré le choix la qualité des produits était médiocre ex : jus de fruits concentré en machine au gout chimique, café machine pas digne du pays qui se targue d'avoir le fameux café Italien....

Nice hotel in Verona

This was my third stay at this hotel. Walking distance to the Arena and very close to the railwaystation and shuttle bus to the AirPort. Nice breakfast and I could definitely stay there again.

A good hotel

Providing you don't mind walking 10 minutes or so to catch a bus or train, then this hotel is a very good choice. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable, with a good free breakfast. The surrounding area is safe, apart from the crossing some of the mearby roads, but you do have to walk 10-15 minutes before you can find any decent shops and restaurants.

Very good hotel close to the main railway station at Porto Nuovo. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room very clean and the buffet breakfast perfectly adequate. The hotel is a little way out of the city centre but it is an easy 15 - 20 minute walk and there are plenty of buses which run to and from the bus station at Porto Nuovo or the nearby Porto Palia.

Один из трёх отелей комплекса, ресепшен и завтрак в соседнем "Martini". Мы приехали в 13 часов - портье сказал, что номер не готов, попросил погулять. Оставили вещи и пошли. Вернулись вечером, прошли в номер - полотенец и остального только на одного человека, пришлось звонить на ресепшен. Второй комплект паренёк принёс быстро. Отель "Piccolo" чистый, в хорошем состоянии. Номер соответствовал описанию, чистый, но очень душный. Центральный кондиционер работает на обогрев, из настроек только "Вкл." и "Выкл.", ещё и от холодильника подносит жаром... Хорошо, что окно выходило в зелёный парк и имело роллету - можно гибко регулировать приток воздуха. Окно закрывали, только покидая номер. Комната номера тесновата, с двумя односпальными кроватями очень напоминала купе в поезде. Wi-Fi был хорошим. Лейка душа не подходила по размеру держателю и при полном напоре воды подскакивала вверх (на реактивной тяге), обдавая водой голову. В шкафу имеелся маленький сейф, запертый на ключ. Видимо, платный. Освещения в комнате недостаточно: прикроватных светильников нет, в светильнике на потолке под плафоном одна лампа вместо трёх (в санузле одна вместо двух, но там света хватало). Уборка ежедневная, отличная. Ежедневно меняют не только все полотенца, но и постельное бельё!!! Правда, напоследок впечатление немного подпортили - забыли положить полотенце для ног. Завтрак - нормальный "шведский стол". Блокировка отелем на банковской карте стоимости 1 суток снялась ровно через 1 месяц.

The Piccolo Performs

The Piccolo (my wife's car name, by the way :-) satisfactorily ticked the boxes for us. It was handy to the station, and it's relative distance rom major attractions didn't matter, as we are inveterate adventurers with local transportation and our Verona card served us well :-) Our check - in with Claudio was a hoot, and the shuttle service to the hotel owners other hotel for 2 very nice dinners, was appreciated. As were the breakfasts! Right up to the expected standards of good Travel Group companies like Insight and Globus, albeit that we were private guests. Excellent value for money, happily recommended.

Bom custo e benefício !!

Minha estadia foi boa e dentro do esperado, so achei o hotel meio abandonado e apesar das fronhas e lençóis estarem limpissimos, o travesseiro e o cobertor estavam c cheiro de poeira !! O cafecda manhã é muito bom e tem muitas opções. O sistema de armazenamento de bagaens pos checkout foi otimo tbem.

Good hotel close to train station and city centre

The hotel is about a 3 minute walk to the train station. Really good location that is easy to get to the city centre and for travelling on the local Train, Airport Shuttle and Buses around Verona. The hotel was clean the staff were very helpful and welcoming. A really great choice of breakfast with cereals, various pastries, yogurts, fruit, toast and Eggs/Bacon. Room was very comfortable, they provided an extra pillow when requested and they have Wifi included. The room and bathroom were both clean with multiple towels and shower items included. The only thing was that the shower cubicle is quite small but that was all really. Our only issue was having stayed in room 211 is that we had multiple issues with the lock, one key snapped and we had to get hotel staff to open the door for us a further two times. But there had obviously been issues with this door lock previously as shown in photo. None of the other guest had any issues so it just needs a lock replacement. But the staff were helpful and we didn't get charged for the key snapping and only had to wait for 5 minutes for them to get maintenance to assist so really good service.

Soggiorno piacevole

Hotel poco fuori dal centro città, che si può raggiungere tranquillamente a piedi, comodo per il parcheggio e piuttosto gradevole. Personale molto cortese, colazione discretamente buona. La stanza era comoda e pulita.
