Room was beautiful but the temperature didnt go down enough. Shower pressure wasnt good. Not all the plugs worked in the room. The staff was great though! Beds were comfortable with nice pillows
The hotel is new and it was well maintained. The rooms were clean and the linens and bed were so comfortable. The hotel allows you access to amenities such as fitness center, pools, shops , spas, and restaurants but all are located in the actual casino. The path to get there and back is a bit confusing . Although lovely i would still prefer to stay in the Tower as everything is right there for you. The restaurant Salt is located on the 7th floor but has a dress code and prefers reservations
This hotel was amazing and the staff was amazing. Checking in was quick and easy..Bell service was fast and accessible. I love how they make you feel welcomed. Coming back real soon...
This property is beautiful! The room was super clean and spacious. The linens are very luxurious and the shower was nice. There is a small cafe downstairs that offers coffee, quick breakfast and that was super helpful. Since this hotel is very new, I hope that they continue to keep it at this quality!
Beautiful property. Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was nice. My only complaint was checking in. Check in was 3pm and we weren’t able to check in until almost 5pm. The room was not ready.
It's a beautiful new hotel. The price was ridiculously high. Our room was not ready at 3pm. We're told to wait and I would receive a message when ready. 1 1/2 hrs later no messages so I went back to the desk. Was told our room was still not ready but they could give us a room on another floor. Why didn't they do that in the first place
The hotel is very nice and the room was clean and spacious.
However, it states that check in is at 4 pm. Which in my opinion is late to begin with. We arrived at 4:15 and were told that check in only begins at 4 and our room was not ready because they were fully booked this weekend and housekeeping is behind. Not my problem. We had dinner reservations thirty minutes away that we had to adjust because of this. After waiting thirty minutes we asked again, stating that we had already changed our plans and now we may miss our dinner altogether. They gave a us a room. Later I received an alert that our original room was ready at 5:41. That's ridiculous. Who would wait 2 hours. Insane.
The TV didn't work at all in the room. At all. Someone came up around 10 pm but couldn't fix it and offered to move us. We just went to bed.
The resort is very nice. I think they have to figure out how to accommodate guests better.
