The large living room, with its 50 square metres, tv, guarantees the pleasure of living in the house in the evening or daytime.
The integrated kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric juicer, blender, "moka").
In front of the entrance there is a terrace where guests can eat their breakfast, or enjoy a drink.
The bathroom is 12 square metres wide and has a large window. It's one of the most comfortable rooms of the apartment with its suspended sanitary and oversize shower (1.60 m X 1.15 m).The double sinks are based on centuries-old oak, of great value and beauty.
It is also possible to use the laundry room below the apartment.

Request for a security deposit of € 150.00 to be paid on arrival, cash. The deposit is returned at check-out in the absence of damage to furniture, appliances, furnishings. For this reason we accept bookings for families with children over 13 years and no more than two children per family.
