"La struttura è nuova e nel complesso è andato tutto bene. Gli ambienti sono curati e accoglienti.La pulizia ok ma non in tutti gli spazi. Un piccolo suggerimento riguarda la posizione della televisione, che potrebbe essere resa più comoda . Sarebbe inoltre molto apprezzata la possibilità di avvicinarsi con l’auto per il carico e scarico delle valigie e un’agevolazione per il parcheggio, soprattutto per soggiorni più lunghi. "It was so easy to walk to all the sites in Verona from this property. The staff was friendly and greeted us at their front desk a couple blocks away and they walked us to the property. Note this is a walking neighbor and car are not allowed on all the streets."

Despite notifying the owner 4.5 months in advance that our family with 2 small children would need to reserve the 1 spot, the parking was not available. Instead they had partnered with a small parking garage on the outskirts of the town to hold cars and then this garage shuttles you to your hotel. "Spent a week here over new year. From first meeting the reception team we were made to feel at home. Ideally located only minutes from all of the major attractions within a few minutes walk. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The whole place is spotlessly clean and our studio was spacious with great facilities. We had a couple of breakfasts delivered at a time we wanted and is well worth the €9 charge. We had to check out by 11 but our flight wasn’t until 6pm and the reception team kept our luggage safe so we could enjoy our final morning at leisure. "
