「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Beautiful rooms and design. Unique features in some room (a piano in one of our room). Just be aware that the glass enclosed shower (partially frosted) is in the sleeping area if you are sharing room. Small elevator allow moving luggage with ease. Secured Parking inside courtyard within the building was a real bonus. Room enough for our rental Audi Q5 but may be not a full size SUV. 「We were pleasantly surprised to discover that our balcony overlooked the piazza! This charming hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and boutiques. This made it easy for us to explore the city of Verona both during the day and at night. We were greeted by hotel staff who made us feel welcome and at ease. 「I think I must have got the best deal for accommodation in Verona! This is a 2-room apartment (including a little kitchen and sofa), in excellent condition with a perfect location (near the main square, Piazza Bra). The only disadvantage is that you have to check in/out at a different location, a nearby hotel, but whose staff were helpful. The building may not have a grand entrance but is next to the river and close to a supermarket (just 3 minutes walk south on the main street).」
