The Space
The apartment is bright and features large windows. You’ll love reading, writing, or studying as the sunlight streams in from the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped—if you enjoy cooking, it’s all yours to use. The bedroom is quiet; all our windows are fitted with soundproof glass. Guest Access
The apartment is located on the third floor and has a balcony. Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves. It is located near the city’s main monuments and artistic attractions, all within a 15-minute walk. We gladly welcome pets at no extra charge. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; you may smoke on the balcony, but we kindly ask that you keep the door closed so that smoke does not enter the apartment.

Wi-Fi with Telecom 100 Mb fiber, powered by the new Technicolor SMART MODEM, which makes browsing even easier and faster.Also included are independent heating, a NESPRESSO coffee machine, a microwave, a 32-inch LCD TV, a hair dryer, an ironing board and iron, and a full set of kitchenware. A washing machine and dishwasher are available, making the home suitable even for longer stays. With each change of guests, towels and bed linens are provided and changed.
PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED ON THE PREMISES.
There are free parking areas just a minute away from the house; simply set your GPS to search for Via LUZZATTI and the surrounding area, where even residents park their cars during the day and at night. For those who wish, it’s also possible to park in a secure, partner garage very close to the house (a 5-minute walk). The cost is €15 per day, payable directly to the garage owner. Parking is also available in on-street spaces and other nearby public parking lots at an hourly rate of €2. Parking is free on holidays, Sundays, and at night from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
For long-term rentals (30 days or more), utility costs (electricity, hot water, gas, and air conditioning) must be paid separately in cash upon arrival, with the amount agreed upon with the owner on a case-by-case basis.
TOURIST TAX: The City of Verona imposes a tax of €3.50 per adult per night, up to a maximum of 4 nights (€2.80 for those under 25 and over 70). Children under 15 are exempt. The tax is collected in cash at check-in by the owner or their representative.
