「Check in was different. Called a number and they told me the room number. No in person.」

「It was fine, but showing its age for sure.」

「This place is a joke..water In hot tub was cold. Pool even colder. TV didn't work..room not great either」

「The rooms on the 1st floor where the office is are very musty. Shower drain was slow. Besides that the place was clean.」

「All the facilities are extremely outdated and need significant updating. The online pictures were not representative of the quality of the rooms and in my opinion misleading. I experienced rotes wood on door and windows, stained tub, blocked and rusted out walkways, poorly maintained parking lots and overall outdated conditions. I would not recommend a stay at this facility.」

「Entire place dirty and falling apart, I refused to stay in our original room and asked for a refund and the staff was accommodating and let us look at another room that we check for cleanliness b4 settling in, 2nd room was cleaner but horribly outdated,still moldy cracks in bathroom and dirty looking furniture, to bad because its a good location:(」

「The absolute worst. If I could give negative stars I would. We showed up and the place looked like it was about to be condemned. Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund. So here we are 16 hours from home and no where to stay and we wanted to be within...
