This property is located at the 9 mile marker of the Gravois Arm. With its stunning views overlooking the water, this charming cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. However, there is no direct lake access from the property.

The location is semi-rural. The nearest town is 12 miles by road (Versailles). Osage Beach is approximately 28 miles by road.

Living room and bedrooms are equipped with Roku TVs, therefore you can use your own streaming platforms.

The property does NOT go to the water. No lake access at all.

Good spot. Could have been better.
Cleanliness was the only issue. Bed sheets were dirty, no toilet paper in the bathroom, no water pressure in bathroom, bathroom sink didn’t drain, and the place needs a dehumidifier in a bad way. Good location and could have been a really nice place if it was cleaner.

Great house
Let me first say that the house was adorable, clean and had comfy beds. The deck has 2 locking gates for kids or privacy and was spacious. I worked outside on my laptop 2 days and enjoyed the lake and gentle breeze. It was nice to have real toilet paper and full size toiletries (I brought my own but it was a nice touch). Now….. I was alone while my kids were at church camp nearby and was a bit nervous the first nights and at times. The drive is several miles down a few diff gravel roads to reach the home and I was greeted with nothing short of 10 private property signs surrounding the property. I know this is no fault of the property owners but the neighbors doing. Having said that, I had a bit of an uneasy feeling the first day or so. I really didn’t feel comfortable being anywhere other than inside or on the porch. Within 45 min is a great cave (Bridal Cave) to explore and good hiking at HaHa Tonka state park. 10 min or so from the nearest anything- Dollar General and a gas station and 17 min from a restaurant. Having said all of this, it’s a charming little house that needs to not have the surrounding neighbors or be picked up and put on another spot on the lake.
