- This restored manor house offers comfort and tranquility with its panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. Scheduled for large families, reunions with friends or simply enjoy the quiet and rural setting. The private pool is located on a large park.
Discover nearby heritage: 30 min, Brantôme or Venice of Perigord, Bourdeilles on the roads of baronies. 45 min, Périgueux, Bergerac and historic districts.
Activities: Canoe many sites from 10 km, tennis, horse riding 3km, an extensive network of hiking trails: hiking, riding or cycling.
The area is renowned for its traditional cuisine and its many summer country markets (Riberac on Friday morning).
The cottage includes a large living room with fireplace, large dining table, sofas, TV, CD player. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped, and overlooks the terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. A total of 6 bedrooms, one with shower, 1 mezzanine with a double bed, two bathrooms.
The private pool is safe for children. Sun loungers are available. The removable cover keeps the pool ideal water temperature to enjoy swimming at the beginning or end of the season and possibly counter the vagaries of the summer.
Facilities: table tennis, swings, slide.
