“We had a lovely stay in La Maison de Lili the very quiet village of Verzenay. There was a minor issue with the oven that we couldn't get to work, we were not sure what the problem was but we did not discover this until our last evening at the house. The house is very nicely laid out, the beds were comfortable and the facilities were more than adequate. An extra bathroom would have been nice, but this is not the first time we have encountered this issue in France.Great location for exploring the……

“Property was double booked. Nearly impossible to communicate a refund as they are all French with little to no grasp of English !!! Had to use my bank to recover funds as a dispute. Luckily paid by credit card or my money was lost. Left me out of pocket and looking for a place to stay at 9pm. Difficult to locate property as it's not visible from the street. Not a good experience over all.”

“We stayed at Les 7 Anges for 8 nights. We had such an excellent experience. That experience started before we arrived because Benjamin, the concierge at Les 7 Anges, was extremely attentive and helpful. He coordinated a private chef at the apartment for my husbands birthday - it was a progressive tasting menu with wine pairing and it was so special to enjoy it while sitting out on the apartment's balcony opposite the beautiful Notre Dame cathedral, Reims, soaking in the wonderful romantic……
