"Booked through Hotel.com and information was inaccurate on checkin and checkout (times and web apps). KRS staff helped resolve but took phone calls and texts throughout stay to ensure we could get in and check out at expected time. Pullout couch had no sheets available and after 10pm there is no service to request. Marks and hair on bathroom walls that suggested unit not thoroughly cleaned but otherwise clean. Nice to have space in apartment and location is nice; away from crowds but just beyond...
