“I arrived in this hotel with high expectations, knowing that it is closer to the event. As myself and my husband walked in the room,my heart was broken, because of the stain visibly on the floor ,in the living room. Expedia has assured me that, everything will be alright with my reservation, but sadly the stain spoiled the high expectations. “My only complaint was that both myself and my daughter were walkinf with a cane and they gave us the farthest room possible from the front desk. The person who checked us in should have took the time to explain to us that we could drive around and park by the patio door.”
