Welcome to an incredibly nice house near water, forest and with access to your own barbecue hut and with a boat for rent. In a beautiful garden with stones shaped like little old men, you live in the middle of beautiful Småland. Only 5 minutes by car is Bjurviken's bathing place where you can rent a boat from the homeowner. Perfect for four people who want to experience beautiful nature, fishing, swimming and pampering. The house is modern and has everything you could possibly need. Families with children or adults who want to get the most out of your stay. The cottage is red with white knots and a Småland dream. A large terrace runs along the entire house which is on one level. You are welcomed into a small elongated hall. To the right is the first bedroom with a double bed. The room next door also has a double bed with large windows facing the terrace. To the left is a fully tiled bathroom. The living room and kitchen are integrated in one with a comfortable large sofa for lazy evenings. The living room has a dining area for four people. Next to the kitchen is a washing machine and extra refrigerator. The whole house is bright and very inviting. Outside is the barbecue hut. You can rent it and also the charming sauna. It is back in use in 2021. On the plot there is a cottage with a barbecue rod and other good things to have for your stay. There is nothing missing here! In the area there are fish-rich watercourses, lakes where fishing licenses are required. If you like to walk and wander in nature to pick the season's berries and mushrooms, there are many nice places around here. If you are lucky, you can see deer, moose and cranes. Welcome! Good to know: The electricity is free up to 60kWh. Thereafter, it will be a cost per kWh. The barbecue hut costs SEK 400 per occasion. This will be cleaned by the guest after use.
