「Very spacious, nice and clean property. We were a family group of 13 with 7 children and it was quite comfortable for us. We used 4 spacious bedrooms and there was a large loft as well with 10 single mattresses which we didn't use. You have to drive 12km up in the mountains on a very well maintained bandy road with beautiful views and through few tunnels. 「The house was a bit small for a group of 7. I can't imagine 9 people. The WiFi password would not work and it seemed the LAN cable for connecting to the internet was missing. We had to use our mobile data the whole stay. Other than that, it was fine and did the trick to house our group for 2 nights.」

「Great Bear is a lovely chalet with breathtaking views in a unique environment. I cannot think of a better summer escape, given the stunning surroundings of the Val Hérens, the local cuisine, produce, meat products, and delicious wines. The chalet fits the rustic character of the tiny village perfectly, while affording the necessary comforts for an Alpine stay. Absolutely LOVED IT!!!」

Es gibt diese Orte-und wenn man dort war, möchte man sie am liebsten für sich behalten… für uns war es so ein perfekter Ort! Das Chalet geschmackvoll und gepflegt mit allem -und mehr- ausgestattet, was man braucht; der Ort mit freiem Blick auf die nächstgelegene Bergkette - bei Sonne ein Traum; wolkenverhangen mystisch. Six Sense la experience falls far short of expecta
"Bad Japanese restaurant is a rip off and sushi is bad. Staff appear to be friendly but it’s all just pretense and are not as helpful as they claim to be. Breakfast isn’t great either. Took 20 mins for fried eggs to arrive and don’t even have sausage on the menu."
