「There is a pub near the hotel. If it is unfortunately arranged to the room facing the pub, it will be disturbed all night. Unfortunately, we are in the room facing the pub. It is a noisy room with a hot air conditioner. It was disappointing that we stayed many nights, but the hotel staff arranged a room in this location. After request, there was a room change. The new room was very good and comfortable. It's perfect except for checking in slowly and with that poor room. 😭 Various breakfast...

「So far the worst hotel in Israel. Service is bad, room is dirty, receptionist is rude, location is mediocre. I was asked to pay extra for towels and bathroom mats even!! 」

「Jerusalem Gate Hotel is conveniently located in Jerusalem for business and job. Not a fancy hotel with a lot of facilities, but nice staff, good bed, ok network and a gym. Whether you are on government business, need to go to Tel Aviv or want a stroll to the Old City, this location is the best. 」

「Customer service is the worst among all the hotels which I have stayed in the world. The front desk staff called Clarin is in particular rude, knowledgeless and lazy. The room is dated and dirty. The drainage system is poor and in a desperate need of repair as it takes a long time for waste water to be discharged from the bath tub and every sink.」

「服务不好，说好的免费停车，酒店管理停车位的门童以停车场满为理由拒绝让我们进入。我们刚从停车场入口处把车倒出来，发现后面有车开到入口就放进去了。门童态度非常不好。另外，酒店房间地毯较脏，床不是很舒服。酒店吃早餐人很多，非常拥挤，不过早餐和晚餐品种比较多。在此酒店体会不到任何服务，与此房间相比，完全不相称。」
