Está dia muito boa
Hotel muito limpo e organizado, com aparência moderna. Pequeno almoço excelente, quartos limpos e confortáveis. Funcionários muito simpáticos. As únicas coisas a apontar são apenas: a porta do quarto que estava perra e não fechava bem, era preciso fazer força para a fechar; e a outra coisa é a temperatura da água das piscinas interiores, tanto na piscina interior (para uso geral dos hóspedes), bem como na piscina do spa (que é pago), a água estava MUITO mais fria do que aquilo que se espera de uma piscina aquecida.

Very swish establishment, great central location, restaurant adequate but best to eat out to get the best of local cuisine. Breakfast filling but coffee and orange juice a bit lacking in taste.

I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff I’ve encountered was always pleasant. The young lady that checked me in was very professional and extremely sweet, and she’s a great ambassador of yours. The food at the restaurant was delicious too, and the Spa circuit was nice. Viana is such a beautiful place. I loved going to the Monte of St. Luzia, which has breathtaking views of the river and the ocean; it’s fantastic! The only thing that needs attention is the carpets which are not bad by any means, but the normal wear and tear is noticeable. I want to come back to this property. My experience was fantastic! Thank you!

Ótima opção para quem visita Viana do Castelo
Hotel muito bem localizado e com qualidade de atendimento fantástica. Todos muito atenciosos e muito GENEROSOS. A única ressalva é o tamanho da TV nos quartos que poderia ser maior. Mas, com toda certeza, não impactou em nada a experiência como um todo.
