As it is located in a residential area, we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours to ensure everyone's comfort. The location offers easy access to the motorway, allowing you to explore the local culture of the region and the city of Viana.

The river beach is just a 5-minute drive away, and within 1 km, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, and a pharmacy.


Guests enjoy free and exclusive access to their villa, while sharing all outdoor spaces, including the swimming pool, garden, parking area, leisure area, and green space.

Check-in and check-out are done in person, at times arranged directly with the guest. All guests must be identified during this process.


We recommend that you travel by car. The parish is served by public transport, with a bus stop near Casa da Brêa. For detailed information on timetables and routes, please visit TuViana Transport.


Suite allocation is based on the number of guests, with standard occupancy set at 2 people per bed. If you would prefer a different arrangement, such as 1 guest per suite, please contact us in advance. This option may be subject to an additional fee.
The property has more than one unit available to book. The studio apartment attached to the house is a separate unit and is not included in the Villa T7 reservation. It is fully independent and offers complete indoor privacy. If the studio is booked during your stay, your group may have to share the outdoor areas, including the pool, with up to two additional guests.
For complete privacy, you may reserve the entire property (subject to availability). This option incurs an additional cost.
