With a unique environmental and landscape setting, a spectacular panoramic view over the mouth of the Lima River and the marginal of Viana do Castelo, from here one can observe Santa Luzia, the Serra de São João de Arga and all the mountainous surroundings of the capital city of the district. Enjoy the green spaces, romantic corners and surrounding calm. A dip in the pool, a barbecue at sunset, a walk in the mountains and all the other activities to relax, disconnect and "energize".

Really nice property and swimming pool

My stay at this place was great, very quiet place, big property with small vineyards and a great swimming pool. Mr Ernesto was great and flexible with the check in and out (5stars to that) Nice couple of rooms for a couple each, kitchen is full equipped but oven (has a wooden oven outside) The only thing that I can mention is a lack of a full indoor living room which the bit outside is great for it any time of the day if good weather... if not is also ok and you always can burn some wood/coal in the oven or grill and use it as a fireplace if cold. Really good for the summer, probably a bit cold in the winter but will be anywhere around as is the North ... Highly recommended Best regards Pedro

Prachtig uitzicht, eenvoudig huis, grote tuin met druiven, citroen- en limoenbomen waar je alles mag plukken. Zwembad is heerlijk.

Pleasant stay in a quiet village

Ernesto was very attentive and welcoming. The balcony was our favourite spot in the property chilling out and looking out to Viana do Castello. The kitchen could a bit better equipped - we had to buy a juicer and a corkscrew.
