“The smart knob at the entrance to the property was hard to use. There were no instructions on how to use the "smart knob." Over the course of our stay, the handle on the other side of that same door, fell off. If there had been an emergency or a fire, getting out of there would have been distressing.The stairwell was dark, smelled of mildew and hadn't been swept or cleaned in a while. The owner asked us to clean the apartment before we left, but there was no broom, dustpan, paper towels or……

“Unfortunately, our stay was marked by several very disappointing issues. The property was listed as having two bedrooms, but there was only one on site. We had clearly indicated that we were three adults, yet only two sleeping arrangements were prepared — and none of the duvets had any covers. Even worse, we found suspicious stains on the sheets that appeared to be feces — completely unacceptable for accommodation advertised as “luxury.” Overall comfort was lacking: there were no shutters on……
