Lovely property but absent owners

Beautiful house for anyone wanting peace and quiet, however house is empty most of the year and owners live abroad so nobody had checked all in order and 2 showers leaked and 1 air-condition unit not working, caretaker did what he could, owners didn’t contact us to check, also no instructions for appliances so for example we had to guess how dishwasher worked and small things were missing like a kettle

Problems if you dont speak some spanish

Superb and ultra large villa but totally ill-equipped for tourists. Absolutely no instructions on how to find the villa and host representative only spoke spanish and no information within the villa on near-by places to go, bars or restaurants and so many closed down throughout the area. Only one mug for tea or coffee, no base on the kettle and various other maintenance issues but it is a superb villa and needs looking at. Beds "rock hard" and so uncomfortable. Despite everything we bought what we needed, fixed what we could and still had a great holiday but it was hard work at times.

Mooie villa op een heuvel met uitzicht op zee.

Mooie ruime villa met wat slijtage door leeftijd.Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.Absoluut een aanrader.Enige wat echt beter kan is de communicatie bij aankomst.Er wordt geen adres doorgeven maar de locatie van een hotel als meeting point zonder dit te benoemen.Zeer verwarrend!!

Belle villa sur les hauteurs

Très belle maison petit bémol la piscine à une profondeur de 1m20 c dommage pour les adultes il manquait un salon de jardin pour se détendre le jardin magnifique la maison n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite trop d’escaliers, il manquait une batterie de cuisine les poêles pas en bon état et la vaisselle était sale il manquait une cafetière électrique et le lave vaisselle était hors service il manquait un parasol pour la piscine nous avons passé un bon séjour

Estancia perfecta

Hemos estado una semana de vacaciones con la familia y la verdad que todo muy bien. La piscina y el jardín perfecto, todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, barbacoa… Las habitaciones muy amplias y toda la casa con aire acondicionado. El salon muy grande y acogedor. Elisardo que es la persona que nos hizo el checking ha sido en todo momento muy comunicativo. Totalmente recomendable.

Just perfect for rest and relaxation and fun in the sun!!

We were a little worried about the reviews that some people had left but we've travelled all over the world and have stayed in some lovely places (and some not so lovely). We are a family of 6 and stayed for 16 nights and the villa was LOVELY. It's spread over 3 floors so be ready to walk up 36 steps from the ground floor to the top floor! The pool is a perfect size (7m x 4m) and the garden is just right. If you decided to sit in the pool all day, you will get the sun from early morning to at least 6:30pm. There are plenty of areas to have a snooze in the shade if that's what you prefer. The views from the property are amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need so I was a little surprised at one of the previous holiday makers comments about the lack of cups etc. There's a big utility area for all your washing etc. There are plenty of towels and sheets provided. The TV in the lounge has Netflix and Amazon etc. that you can log in to. The other 2 TV's (penthouse bedroom) and the bedroom with the 2 x single beds is standard TV, with all your regular Spanish channels. The internet in the villa is super fast and very reliable but despite the signal boosters, the internet doesn't really make it to the penthouse bedroom (but the view is spectacular, so you don't need internet). Things you need to know: 1. You will definitely need a car unless you plan to get all your food from McDonalds or TelePizza (!); 2. Elisardo (the person that will meet you on arrival) doesn't speak much English and so you will need to speak some Spanish; 3. There is NO supermarket on La Envia complex and so you will need to make a daily trip out to the Carrefour if you want your daily bread etc. The local Carrefour is only a 7 or 8 minute drive away. 4. The beaches are only a 15 minute drive away and they are lovely. 5. If you want to join the gym at the La Envia Hotel, it costs 25 Euros for the week; 6. If you want to play golf at La Envia it cost us 155 Euros for 3 people, 9 holes, 2 electric buggies and the hire of 2 sets of golf clubs. Things that could have made it EVEN better: 1. Hammocks between the three palm trees; 2. More sun loungers; 3. Ceiling fans in all the rooms (the air conditioning was perfect and worked in every room); and 4. A shade over the car port area. Overall, we LOVED it and wish we were still there !!
