不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、住宿狀況和客房舒適度
THE MOST REGRETTABLE RESERVATION EVER MADE
This establishment is extremely dishonest in presenting facts about available facilities and/or even its location. The booked room did not match what was advertised; and could not accommodate my family as booked because there was only one tiny bedroom instead of the indicated two; and in the said bedroom two small beds instead of the indicated three double beds.Upon realizing that it was impossible for me to stay in the availed space, the operator told me he will instruct Hotels.com to make a refund for my booking; and directed me to The Adventure Lodge; where we found accommodation at our cost after 11:00 pm. I hope he keeps his promise about the refund.
Even the direction provided in the listing leads-when using Google Maps-to a school some distance across the road from the so called cabin; which in reality is a single bedroom residence in a high density part of the town near the Hospital!
Hopefully, someone from Hotels.com will try to verify the information provided by this operator before listing the property afresh.
