“Great experience at Nguni. Everyone from the reception staff to the restaurant team to the luggage team was first class and could not be nicer. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, especially the shower. The food was great and the pool area was beautiful. Great job Nguni!”

“Excellent location a short walk both ways to the victoria falls and the town centre, but very average hotel in all other ways. The furnishing of the rooms are quite old, the bath rooms especially very basic. Breakfast area is good in outdoor garden. Dinner there is not acceptable, the food is poor and service bad.”

“I was super excited about staying at Liam's. The proximity to town was good and a safe walking distance. The pros are the staff, they are very accommodating and professional. The breakfast was good an they let you do modifications which allowed me to save food by only ordering what I wanted. I have crazy hot flashes so the fan next to the bed was a huge plus. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The cons are the air conditioning unit leaks very badly, hot water is scarce and I hate cold……

“Staff were excellent, cleaned the room well and were always nice. There is a lot of work that needs to be done with the property itself ie New Doors. The towels could do with replacing. The breakfast area isn't the best, but they could set outside as it's not been raining.Coffee wasn't the best. The breakfast could do with a few options being added. ”

“You will love this property if you like music playing for most of the day. You will also like this property if you enjoy a lot of socialization. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms in the private rooms are functional, and the staff is generally helpful. The avocado toast with poached egg was good the day I had it. If you enjoy very, very, very loud music on Friday and Saturday nights until 2 AM you will love this Hostel. When I was there, they also had a market on Saturday and Sunday that……
