"Staff were great, front desk great, we needed it two queens beds, as part of our booking Deluxe two beds, queen, king or 2 queen, they tried to accommodate us "
"The Banff Ptarmigan Inn was very nice, it was a perfect location, close to downtown and walking distance to many restaurants and to shopping. The shuttle to the ski hills was just outside the door, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. The cleanliness of the room was ok, except for the rug, it was not vacuumed well, you could see dust and debris along the edges of the floor by the window, and we found a sock just under the end of the bed that we know didn’t belong to us, before we left. "
"Front desk was extremely helpful in ensuring a smooth check-in and overall experience. They helped facilitate ski rental delivery, ski shuttles, and bus tickets which made our stay feel seamless. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for our needs and the hot tub / gym / sauna facilities were a great touch. Would happily stay again!"
