「good breakfast」

「Too simple 」

「Room is rather spacious for 2 people. The bathroom is clean. The shower can be stronger Flow but temperature easily adjustable. Breakfast has only one meat option - sausage or meatballs on each day I was there. Another protein option is egg. Good self-service waffle machine. Location is excellent - close to the inner harbour and legislative assembly.」

「only provide expensive valet parking and breakfast not included.... Not worthy for that pricing at all.」

「The hotel is very nice. We stayed in a heritage Victorian-style house, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. We left our luggage in the car and checked in first. The staff then showed us where to park, which was very convenient and close by. However, the hotel may not be accessible for guests using wheelchairs or carrying heavy luggage, as there are around 10 stairs at the entrance.」

「The room is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful.」

「乾淨房間」

「It was ok」

「Hotel Rialto is in downtown Victoria. The hotel, room and staff were good. The issue I had was outside the hotel. The parking garage was really clean and seems new. The only issue there was that there was no elevator and I had to carry the baby stroller up a flight of stairs. I think the location isn’t the most convenient for families with young children requiring strollers but is certainly fantastic for adults. The establishment was good overall and had a warm and fun environment...

「The bed is comfortable and large. Room size is good. What need improvement is the cleanliness of the room and amenities provided.」
