Cozy and modern 3 bedroom In central location!!

  • Great for a memorable vacation in this beautiful fully furnished BASEMENT with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom centrally located to many amenities.
    Naturally well-lit spacious, 3 bedroom/ 1 bath

    The main/master bedroom has a nice soft-sized queen bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with a queen bed as well and a comfortable couch in living room that can accommodate sleeping a total of 7 people.All bedrooms have there own flat screen smart TV as well for your own viewing.

    The living room is furnished with everything including a 60 inch smart tv and a small fireplace.

    Guests can enjoy a glass of wine or just relax by the outdoor firepit in the outdoor living space or use the gazebo for some nice outdoor dining as well as access to the gas bbq grill.

    It is within walking steps to Royal Oak bus exchange where you can catch any bus you will need to get to where you will need to go. Walking steps to Broadmead village where you can find a variety of shops for all your needs. Commonwealth rec centre where you can go for a swim in one of there many pools , or just relax in the sauna or hot tub or go for a workout in there gym which overlooks the pools . Also walking steps to Elk lake where you can walk the many beautiful trails or just sit and relax on the beach or go for a swim or if you have a boat take it out for a spin.

    A short 14 minute drive takes you to world renowned Butchart Gardens which is known for its amazing array of different beautiful flowers and plants.

    A quick 10 minute drive takes you to downtown Victoria where you can find great shopping , restaurants and sightseeing.

    For traveling the main airport is a short 15 minute drive while the ferry terminal which goes to Vancouver and other islands is a 20 minute scenic drive.
    We also have a stairlift for those that have a hard time with stairs.

We felt right at home! This beautiful 3-bedroom suite was cozy, clean, and in a very convenient location. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive and communication was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

Great location - easy drive from Butchart Gardens (we even went back for the night view). Only negative was that the apartment was down a steep flight of steps, which was a problem for one in our party. Parking was also limited for more than one car.

Marina & Paulo are exceptional hosts. Very thoughtful and extremely accommodating from parking to info for things to do near by and even had complimentary wine upon arrival. Came stocked with laundry detergent and k-cups which was a plus. It’s a beautiful spot. If ever in the area again I will definitely be trying to book with them.

Hébergement en souplex d'une maison mais toutes les pièces ont une fenêtre.Le quartier est calme et résidentiel un peu à l écart du centre de Victoria mais c'est parfait.Appartement très propre et bien entretenu. Facilité pour se garer devant la maison. Nous avions une grosse voiture. La literie était confortable et nous passé un bon séjour.Bonne communication via Abritel avec Marina. Spacious and attractive! And don’t be fooled by it being a basement - every room but the kitchen had a nice sized window! Convenient location - close enough to the Victoria harbor but also easy access to outdoor nature venues. Grocery stores and restaurants nearby.

Nice place to stay!

This was our first time in Victoria and we enjoyed it! This home is about a 15-20 minute drive from the downtown area of Victoria. The suite was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy, and we appreciated the designated parking spot. Though it is a basement apartment, it has plenty of windows to let in some light.

So many thoughtful touches

The hosts provided everything we could need in the kitchen and lots of linen and towels. The outdoor sitting area was a great bonus to give the 7 off us space. We did find that new mattresses are needed and more attention to cleaning is required.
