Unique New Apartment - Victoria - Gozo

This modern home with a touch of old quirky Maltese character has a central location in Victoria. Close to all the shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife. Conveniently located; this Fully Air-Conditioned apartment is close to everything for a fantastic holiday. A very comfortable child-friendly place with Fast WIFI and NETFLIX on two TV's; it will feel just like home from home. This residence has all the modern amenities and is just six minutes walk to the Central Victoria bus station. The Apartment has two comfortable bedrooms, with the master bedroom having an en-suit bathroom. Ideal for families or friends the sleeping arrangements can be changed to suit your needs. BEDROOM 1 - SLEEPS TWO The Master Bedroom with en-suit can accommodate a couple in a large double or the room can be changed to single beds for friends or relatives who wish to sleep apart. If you have a baby then a travel-cot is provided for infants. BEDROOM 2 - SLEEPS FOUR The Larger Bedroom is ideal for a family of four, where a double bed is provided for parents and a bunk bed for their children. Alternatively a group of friends could also share this room. The lower bunk bed is a wide single so an adult could comfortably sleep there. The top bunk bed is suitable for a smaller adult (Max 85KG). There is a TV with Netflix in this bedroom for you to enjoy while chilling out after a day on the beach. LIVING The Living Room has a large relaxing sofa where you can watch your favorite Netflix shows on a new 4K Crystal UHD television. There is MELITA cable TV with Maltese & Italian language channels: TVM, RAI, Mediaset Italia, etc. If its the sun you prefer the doors open out onto a South Facing balcony where you can enjoy a glass of wine or have a few beers while watching the sunset. WORKSPACE A Dedicated Workspace can be used if you need to catch up on some important work. There is a multi-plug adapter with USB ports at the desk for your devices. With fast WIFI throughout the apartment and Ethernet connections in the bedrooms you have options to get productive. KITCHEN & DINING With a fully equipped kitchen & dining area the place is suitable for longer stays. The apartment has a washing machine, dishwasher and all the amenities for everyday living. You have sole private access to the entire apartment. This 2nd floor apartment is serviced with a lift. Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions. The vibrant St Francis square is just five minutes walk. From here you can explore the quiet historical streets of old Victoria, which lead you up to the majestic Citadel. It is just six/seven minutes walk to the Central Victoria bus station where you can reach any part of Gozo. Amazing Location! Spacious apartment!

Extremely efficient and friendly service from the host. The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable, especially the beds. It is perfectly located in the centre of Victoria, within walking distance of the Citadel and other attractions. It has all the amenities for everyday living, including a great kitchen, and TVs in the living room and bedroom. The apartment has a modern design with elements of traditional Gozo. I will visit with my family soon as it has plenty of space and a range of different bed options for the whole family.
