「The room and staff were just OK. I only booked this studio flat for this September trip as a trial run for my December booking. I made a two-bedroom flat booking for December. A few days later I got a call from the MD, very unusual, saying the flat was unavailable and he offered me this particular studio plus another separate room in another building outside!
