Our modern Home offers a blend of comfort and style, featuring spacious rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a serene Frontyard for unwinding after a day of adventure. Conveniently located near local attractions like the Route 66 Museum and Mojave National Preserve, it’s the ideal base for exploring the area.
Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and visually appealing experience for our guests. Two of our rooms feature stunning green walls, creating a refreshing and stylish backdrop for photos and relaxation. Our overall design follows a minimalistic approach, ensuring a modern and calming atmosphere.
For entertainment, we’ve placed guitars in select spaces, perfect for guests who enjoy music or want to try something new. Additionally, we have a dedicated game room where everyone can come together for fun and bonding.
To complete the experience, we’ve curated a beautiful coffee station, providing the perfect spot to start your morning or unwind in the evening. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, entertainment, or the perfect backdrop for your memories, our space has something for everyone!
You’re welcome to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor spaces during your stay! Outdoors, we have a gazebo area, a fireplace, and toys for kids—perfect for relaxing or spending time with family.

House Rules & Policies
• No Unauthorized Gatherings: Parties are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. If additional unapproved guests are found on the property, they will be kindly asked to leave and pay an additional fee per guest $65.00.
• No Smoking Indoors: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property. A designated outdoor smoking area is provided. If smoking is detected indoors, a $500 fine will be applied in accordance with our policies since additional cleaning will be required.
* For safety and neighborhood respect, fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property. If we find this activity, there will be a $1,000 fine and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
