「Personalen var vänlig, men någon kunde ingen engelska alls. Nätverket fungerade väldigt bra. "Pentrydelen" i rummet var en vattenvärmare. Färgen flagade i rummet. Det var kallt när vi kom och dörren stod öppen ut mot gården för att vädra ut doften av rengöringsmedel. Vi startade värme genom luftkonditioneringsaggregatet, Efter 2 timmar slutade vi frysa. Det var vid tiden strax över noll grader nattetid. Värmen stängdes av i samband med rumsservicen och fick startas på nytt när vi återkom....

「Excellent location in the beautiful town of Monsaraz. The room was clean and spacious, well stocked and a great balcony terrace overseeing the vast plains below where we watched an amazing sunset. Many restaurants walking distance. Carlos greeted us and was very helpful helping us to out room. The property outside patio was lovely with a small pool overseeing the same view as from our balcony.」

There was not much staff on the premises and we had just arrived from a Relais & Chateau which was pretty much the same price so in comparison this destination was lacking BUT if you are going to Monsaraz and want to relax after your day of visiting I would still highly recommend since nothing in the area is comparable and the place is very beautiful and enjoyable!」

「My stay here was the perfect finale to wind down from an extensive road trip of Lisbon, Nazare, Aveiro and Porto. The grounds, lobby and room exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly and welcoming. My room, all on 1st floor, was sparkling clean with a view of olive trees. Mini fridge partially stocked with plenty of extra room. Air conditioned as well. 「Everything about the stay was more than expected. We were so impressed with the staff (and we don’t speak Portuguese) upon arrival, that we immediately booked a second night! They treated our dogs great, brought a dog bed to the room for them, allowed them at the pool (there was another couple with a dog there too!). Small bar at the pool, a second building with more rooms and amenities opening soon, the groups are beautiful and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Wonderful breakfast….will...
