“Lovely property, beautiful spa but lacks something… it’s a bit soulless. Easy to forget. Restaurant was nice, French maitre’d was great. Breakfast could have been better, not great. Not up to Relais and Chateau standards.”

“排場做的很好 細節不到位 裝修很美 在山裡 但是房間的床品很差 頂多三星水平 床墊 床單 枕頭 根本不是高檔貨 睡的不說服 景色不錯 可是周圍除了hiking路線沒什麼景點 看一天山景也就無聊了 spa很漂亮 可惜有小孩的只能9-10點 2-3點兩個時間段去 所以池裡擠滿了家庭 簡直就是covid溫床 餐廳不好吃 服務員都是附近村民沒經過服務訓練的樣子。 其他設施還是不錯的 給四星 除了以上這些問題 不自駕的話坐巴士到esclat超市下來打電話給酒店訂taxi 大概14歐左右8分鐘內 反正這邊taxi很貴”

“Personnel très accueillant, les équipements sont un peu légers par rapport au prix, dans la chambre pas de peignoirs et chaussons, pas de bouilloire avec café et thé. Dommage par rapport à d'autres hôtels de même gamme de prix.”

“We stayed at Hotel Balneari Termes Orion for 3 nights at the end of May 2026 to attend the wedding of a friend who got married close by.
Friendly, helpful staff, who were very accommodating.
The breakfast buffet is great, with lots of options, worth spending the extra money. Lovely cocktails at the bar too.
The rooms were great - good size, comfortable bed, air con worked really well and large, powerful shower.
Lovely pool, with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas. You get a towel voucher……
