Modern, comfortable house "Marina", 2 storeys. On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Vidreres, in a quiet, sunny position, 1 km from the edge of the forest, 16 km from the sea, 16 km from the beach. Private: 600 m2 flowers, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 06.Apr. - 18.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, pergola, terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house, single garage. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km. Cycle lane 1 km. Nearby attractions: Waterwolrd Lloret de mar 16 km, Marinland Blanes 24 km, Pueblo Medieval Tossa de mar 22 km, Girona 21 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
