The staff were warm and friendly and room was nice and clean. It was a little difficult to find as it has a doorway leading up to reception on the first floor. However, it is also right in the middle of town which was great.

Most of the staff members were great housekeeping was iffy. Some days the room was cleaned and tidied some days nothing much was done and the bed was not made. Fairly quiet shops around but they have odd opening and closing times. Great restaurant attached to the hotel open for lunch and dinner you can get room service from there to your room which is great affordable and delicious. Hotel breakfast was good nice coffee tea pastries fruit eggs etc. We felt safe and loved the ability to walk around easily. Would stay again.

"Great little hotel in perfect walking distance to everything in Nancy! The staff was extremely helpful when we had questions and they have a huge fridge full of waters to grab a drink any time day or night. Absolutely lovely local hotel!"
