We waren niet tevreden over een aantal zaken. Zo zaten er geen batterijen in de afstandbediening, misten we een broodmes, waren de aanwezige dekbedden vies, was er een gordijn kapot, moesten we op zoek naar de wifi. We moesten zelf de elektra aanzetten. Er waren geen haakjes in de badkamer. De banken waren erg hard. Er waren geen theekopjes aanwezig. De pannen waren hopeloos oud en bakten aan. Daarnaast klopten de foto’s die op de site staan van geen kant met de werkelijkheid. We hebben wel een prima vakantie gehad, maar dat was meer omdat we hele dagen op stap waren.

Het appartement heeft niet het uitzicht wat wordt gesuggereerd, het is een vergelijkbaar gebouw om de hoek met, toen wij er zaten, uitzicht op een bouwplaats. Verder was het erg leeg, niets wat er niet hoefde te zijn was er: bijna niets aan de muur, geen nachtkastjes of kledingkasten. De badkamer was wat viezig bij aankomst, er zat een pleister tegen de muur geplakt en er lagen haren in de sauna. Verf in de keuken achter de wasbak was aan het afbladeren, er was een koekenpan met duidelijk beschadigde anti aanbak laag. We waren er alleen tussen activiteiten door, dan is het op zich prima, en we hebben geen last gehad van de buren.

Apartment (6 Personen) gebucht vom 19.07.24 bis 26.07.24. Ich habe mir vorab andere Bewertungen angesehen und festgestellt, dass die Balkone keinen Blick auf den See hatten. Meine Freundin und ich hatten damit kein Problem, solange wir das Wetter draußen auf dem Balkon genießen konnten. Als wir bei der Wohnung ankamen, sahen wir eine riesige Baustelle inklusive Kran und Baggern für die Anlage. Zum Glück hatten wir in den ersten Tagen urlaubsbedingt keine Probleme, doch dann wurden wir um halb acht aus dem Bett gerissen, weil draußen mit Bauarbeiten beschäftigt war. Dies wurde von Belvilla nicht erwähnt, aber wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir hier nicht gebucht. Wir möchten in unserem Urlaub etwas Ruhe und Frieden haben.

Als wir ankamen, haben wir zuerst einen Wischmopp benutzt. Der Teppich war auch nicht sauber. Auch keine Möglichkeit ihn zu saugen. Viel Staub auf der Lichtkuppel. Die Sonne scheint den ganzen Tag über auf das Haus, was schön ist, aber es gab keinen Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, das Haus selbst zu kühlen. Vielleicht eine Klimaanlage oder einen Ventilator installieren. Wir haben auf jeden Fall mehr für den Preis und die Qualität bezahlt. Das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer muss renoviert werden.

Schöne Wohnung für Urlaub zu 4.

Ausreichend für eine Woche Urlaub mit 4 Personen. Viele der Wohnungen haben keinen Seeblick, was für uns aber auch nicht nötig war. Die Ofenkombination war eher eine Mikrowelle, Aufbackbrötchen oder Ähnliches waren allerdings möglich. Ansonsten ausreichend ausgestattet und schöne Lage, direkt an einem kleinen See.
