「Our stay at this rental was very stressful. The bed sizes are not as advertised. One BR only has twin bed but says queen. The other queens are like full size. The suite downstairs bed is too soft. My husband had to sleep on sofa. The upstairs bath was full of tiny ants and a some in another bath. First night there one person took shower in bath upstairs and drain was clogged causing a leak. 「This was our first time in Washington and I would caution everyone to avoid NW if possible. Was convenient to the DC Streetcar however the unit is located almost directly over a liquor store and the walk to it was dicey. I wasn't aware but apparently pot is legal and used openly in public. Would not have brought the kids had I been warned. The unit itself was TINY. We felt pretty safe being on the 3rd floor but it was quite noisy from the traffic and late night partiers across the street....

「We were overly pleased with our anniversary stay in the studio. We decided to go with a Vrbo instead of your typical hotel room.Everything is as described in the add. Check in was easy and simple. Studio was clean and fully functional with all the features.Very safe area of DC…wasn’t concerned at anytime. Was able to park directly in front of the studio. We either walked or took an uber.We had an amazing time! Would definitely stay here again when visiting DC.」

「Bright, modern penthouse in a great location. We really liked it. You get some city noise (e.g. ambulances) but that's to be expected given the location. Only 1.5 blocks to a Metro station so it's easy to get around if you want to save on Ubers. Cleanliness was "good" but not "perfect", hence the one star taken off. Definitely among the better properties even on cleanliness. Smooth check-in and check-out, and good responsiveness from the manager. I would stay there again.」
