「I like the breakfast there. Good place. Several restaurants within 10 minutes walk.」

「The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great.」

「The rooms are clean and generally fine, but there were a few major issues during my stay. The door to my room did not work properly and required a lot of force to close. Because of this, housekeeping accidentally left my door wide open on my first day. This made me feel very unsafe leaving my belongings while I was out of the hotel. Additionally, the hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.」

「It's very clean. The front desk staff is very kind 」

「Everything else was quite good, but the breakfast was a disappointment—the sausages and bacon were absolutely terrible, so hard they were completely inedible.」

「How can I get my 60 dollars charge return quickly」
