Belle Epoque * Design Apartment XXL *
This new design apartment for 10 people is located in the well-known Mariahilferstr. and is therefore within walking distance to almost all sights of the city. The high ceilings of the old Viennese townhouses and the special taste of the designer makes you feel right when entering the apartment in the middle of the Viennese life. The 4 cozy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 extra toilet and the living-dining area and large kitchen offer plenty of space for nice days together.
You step out the door and find yourself surrounded by various shops, restaurants, bars and history. The Hofburg, the historical museum Vienna and the museum quarter can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. An absolute must is the visit to the legendary and only 700m entefernten Naschmarkt.

Outstanding apartment!
We loved our stay ! Wonderful apartment with great coffee and everything we needed. Incredible location! Great shopping and food right outside the door, short walk to museums and opera. If we come back, we would love to stay again. Loved the high ceilings and the natural light and the balcony!

My family of seven enjoyed this location. The photos don’t do it justice!! It is modern yet warm and comfortable. The beds are also outstanding! Good location to walk to all the historic museums, palaces, churches and the music of Vienna!!

A most remarkable apartment
We rented Belle Epoque for a one-month stay, September, 2023. The apartment is exactly as pictured, yet even more lovely in person. It is spacious and designed for up-to 10 guests with large, comfortable bedrooms. The wrap-around terrace overlooking Mariahilfer Straße is such a lovely way to experience the vibrant activity below. The apartment is located within walking distances of the Hoffburg Palace, the Belvedere, the Museum Quarter and lots of shopping and dining options.
One remarkable example of great client service from our host: There was no microwave in the kitchen - not a big deal since we planned to eat out a lot. When our host checked in to see how we were doing, I casually mentioned it - not indicating that we “needed” it. She quickly responded that she would have her local assistant take care of that swiftly - and he arrived with a brand new microwave 3 jours later. Wow!
One minor note about the bathrooms: the master bedroom en suite bathroom has a full bathroom. For the other 3 bedrooms (all with king beds), they share one hallway bathing room that has a tub/shower and 2 wash basins (no toilet) and there is a separate hallway toilet room. It’s a little challenging if there are 10 people residing in the apartment.
We applaud our host, Nicole, and her team for their care and attention in attending to this gorgeous apartment and the needs of their clients. Bravo!!!

Beautiful apartment. If it’s hot, know there is no AC!
Very nice place, comfortable beds. Great location. Very clean. I have nothing but positive feelings about the place other than the fact that there’s no air-conditioning and down by the elevator it smells quite a bit like trash. You could’ve been just that it’s very hot and that’s why there was the smell. But the people were super nice and it is a lovely, large, luxurious place!

Wonderful Apartment
We stay in Airbnb rentals a lot and this is one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The apartment is even better than the photos suggest. The ceilings are amazingly high and the apartment is historic but thoroughly updated and renovated. It was nicely furnished and welcoming. There’s a lovely balcony overlooking a beautiful pedestrian-friendly shopping area. Jan and his staff were extremely helpful, prompt, courteous, and flexible. I highly recommend this place!
