La location n'était pas propre. Pas de porte-serviette, pas de porte-manteau. Chaises ne convenant pas à la table haute. Radiateur sale. Difficultés d'ouverture et de fermeture de la porte d'entrée. Le toilette était sale. Deux fonds de rouleau de papier toilette à disposition. Evacuation de douche bouchée. Seul aspect positif: proximité du centre ville. 6 mn en tram.
