The checkin codes are being sent out to our guests several days prior arrival, so you had all necessary information in your email. Furthermore, we are always available by phone if you have any questions and we are happy to help you further. Also it is hard to understand that it was so noisy inside the building because of other guests, when there were only 2 booked apartments including yours, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The second apartment has been booked by a family, so it is hard to imagine that it was as noisy as you have described it. Also it would have been helpful if you would have contacted us during your stay for any issue whatsoever, so we would be able to help out on the spot.
