Fantastic central location, close to everything. The staff provided excellent service and truly made a difference to our stay. They were very friendly, helpful, and always did their best to assist us with anything we needed. They did all of this with a big smile, especially the young lady at reception and the kitchen staff.The rooms were extremely clean.I almost forgot to mention the free beer from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm! Thank you, Manager, for this great touch. 🙂We will definitely be back.Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable! 🙂

Hosts welcomed us. We needed meds refrigerated and they accomadated us. Breakfast was good. Only complaint was our room would get very hot in the evening. Staff said that no one with maintenance was able to look at the issue. We asked for a fan and they delivered one. It was better the next day. Location is good.

Not a great start to the holiday, the hotel forgot to book our transfer as requested. Piece of advice, get confirmation of booking... although they did sort it out eventually. An apology was offered, but no compensation or refund, a little disappointing as it was their error. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff, who went over and above to make us feel welcome and even remembered our drink order for the duration of our stay. The room was clean, bright and airy with good facilities. It is situated in an ideal location for exploring/walking and good links to public transport and restaurants nearby. Overall, a lovely boutique hotel, but not quite 5 stars. We would stay again, so worth a visit if you like a smaller hotel.
